IT Infrastructure

The IT infrastructure of the College consists of well established hardware, software and network.

HARDWARE

The hardware includes computers, laptops and surveillance camera. Computers and laptops of the latest configuration are available.

SOFTWARE

The College uses licensed version of different software. Separate software’s are available to meet the diverse requirements of academics and administration.  

Domain specific software’s required for the academic needs of different programs are available.

  • LECTRA CAD and ADOBE are used by the students of textile and fashion designing. The software equips the students the necessary skill in creating designs and pattern making.
  • Microsoft Office, TURCO C, C++, JAVA, VB, software testing tools are made use by the students of computer science and commerce with computer applications and the usage of the same enhances the programming skills of the students.

KEYINCAMPES

Keyincampes is a ERP software used by the academic staff to feed daily student attendance, test marks and in the preparation of attendance report and mark statements.

All the software’s available for use in the college are updated at regular intervals.

NETWORKING

Networking is facilitated through the availability of WI FI, Firewall and Access Points.

WI FI

WI FI is made available through Broadband connectivity offered by BSNL and a leased line belonging to INFONETCOMM.

Firewalls

Existence of firewall in the college helps in blocking unwanted sites, bandwidth control, intrusion prevention and load balancing.

Access Points

18 Access points are available in the college. These points assist in providing uninterrupted internet connectivity for the students and staff of the college.
