Teachers Day Celebrations
Former Indian President and eminent scholar Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan's birthday was celebrated as "Teachers' Day" at Nift-Tea College, Tiruppur. The students of each department have often expressed their love for all the college's faculty. They provided Gift, useful stationery and snacks to all faculties. The Rotaract student of the college conducted competitions for all the faculty of the college. Then the prizes were awarded to the winners. Competitions were held separately for college female teachers and male teachers. Prizes were awarded for competitions such as rope pulling and balloon breaking. Dr. K.P. Balakrishnan – Principal presided over the function. One more event to honor our demised freedom fighter and National leader Shri. V.O. Chidambaram for his birthday. By drawing his portrait by BBA students. All faculties given their palm impression with different colors. Another memorable event of the day is remembrance day of Mother Theresa.
